📘 Quran Cover Measurement Guide

Simple instructions for getting the right size

✂ What You Need:

  • Measuring tape (flexible)
  • Pen and paper
  • Your Quran/Mus’haf

🧷 Step 1: Close the Quran/Mus’haf

Make sure the book is completely closed and lying flat.

📏 Step 2: Measure the Total Width – Most Important Step!

You need to measure from one outer edge of the book to the other, going over the spine. Here’s how:

  1. Place your tape at the far left edge of the back cover
  2. Pull it across the spine
  3. Stop at the far right edge of the front cover

This one measurement gives you the Total Width — it includes:

  • Back cover
  • Spine
  • Front cover

✅ DO NOT measure each part separately — measure it all in one go from edge to edge across the spine.

✎ Write this down as your Total Width.
Example: Total Width = 33 cm

📐 Step 3: Measure the Height

Measure the Quran/Mus’haf top to bottom (while closed).

✎ Example: Height = 21 cm

📏 Step 4: Measure the Width

Measure the Quran/Mus’haf from side to side (while closed), across the front cover only.

✎ Example: Width = 14 cm
