We accept returns or exchanges only if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email soulembroidery@hotmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    • A brief description of the issue
  3. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.
Please note: Shipping costs for approved returns are covered by us. We cannot accept items returned without prior approval.
